Thank you for a wonderful night! Please join us in 2026
Join CraftNOW Philadelphia on October 28, 2025 at Design Philadelphia for CraftBLAST! 2025, our annual fall fundraiser celebrating the region’s vibrant craft community.
This lively evening brings together fine craft, live demonstrations, music, food and drink, and an engaging auction experience. CraftBLAST! connects audiences directly with the artists and makers who shape the craft landscape in Philadelphia and beyond.
Featured Artists in Attendance
Guests have the opportunity to meet and speak with participating artists throughout the evening. Featured artists include:
Aaron Harel
David Rozek
Warren Holzman
Christopher Poehlmann
Claudia Mills
Miriam Carpenter
Larissa Huff
Danielle Ruttenberg
Working across a range of materials and disciplines, these artists highlight the technical skill, material exploration, and creative innovation that define contemporary craft today.
Exhibition Design
The exhibition is designed by Lauryn Samson, CraftNOW’s in-house graphic designer, now in her third year shaping the organization’s visual presence. For CraftBLAST! 2025, she develops the exhibition layout, environmental graphics, and the visual system that connects the artists’ work throughout the space. Collaborating closely with the artists, she ensures a cohesive presentation that guides visitors through the exhibition. Her design direction also extends to the event’s social media visuals and artist panels, creating a unified visual language across platforms.
Supporting CraftNOW
Proceeds from CraftBLAST! support CraftNOW’s mission to champion, celebrate, and expand opportunities for craft artists in the Philadelphia region through year-round programming, exhibitions, and community initiatives.
CraftBLAST! is a celebration of makers, materials, and the community that sustains craft in our city.
CraftNOW Philadelphia spotlights the artists and institutions that make up Philadelphia’s thriving craft community through this online auction.
Artists have been invited to retain 50% of auction proceeds, and many have generously chosen to donate their contribution in full.
