William Daley, Rudolf Staffel, Paula Winokur and Robert Winokur are four artists who have had a major impact on the larger artistic field as well as the educational landscape of ceramics in Philadelphia. They served as leaders of ceramic departments at three local colleges (Tyler, Arcadia, and University of the Arts), serving as mentors to students for decades. The Clay Studio will celebrate them, our own honorary ACC Fellowship, and the strong network of craft artists in the region.
